PEX-a PIPES /Dz 16 mm – Dz 160mm/ and /Dz 200mm – Dz 500 mm/

The heatPEX pipes are available in diameters ranging from Dz 16 mm to Dz 160 mm in a reel and Dz 200mm – Dz 500 mm in straight sections (length up to 12m). The pipes are made of PEX-a cross-linked polyethylene, modified using Engel’s method.

PEX-a is a material recommended for fixtures in the chemical and food processing industry, in systems using geo-thermal and brine water as well as in mining.

HELA brass coupling system for PEX-a pipes /Dz 20 mm –Dz 160 mm/

Prefabricated PEX-a fittings /Dz 63 mm – Dz 450 mm/

Prefabricated flanged fittings are available in diameters from Dz 63 mm to Dz 450 mm. They are used to join large diameter pipes. The advantage of using prefabricated fittings is the possibility to build complete pipelines without the need to use metal couplings at all. This is especially important in aggressive environments, where metal couplings are prone to faster corrosion.

Prefabricated fittings are used in chemical and food processing industry and in systems using geo-thermal and brine water.

Joining using flanged fixture does not require any specialist tools. The PEX-a pipes are joined by connecting two flange surfaces; the complete system includes straight sections and 45�° or 90�° elbows depending on the individual need. Customers can also order flanged T-pipes with internal surface lined with plastic.

coldPEX ICE WATER SYSTEM

The coldPEX system is available in the external diameter range from 16mm to 110mm. The pipes are used for distribution and risers in ice water fixtures used in industrial and utility refrigeration, air conditioning and in processing plants..

The coldPEX ice water system is available in two types:

coldPEX HC/F PN6/95°C pipe – rubber insulation 9-12mm
coldPEX HC/H PN6/95°C pipe – rubber insulation 13-16mm

A coldPEX system pipe consists of:

pipe made of PEX-a cross-linked polyethylene
AF/Armaflex thermal insulation
