Flexible pre-insulated pipes

The PEX-a pre-insulated pipes system is available in diameters ranging from 25mm to125 mm. Pre-insulated pipes are used for:

• Low parameter heating systems 95°C, 6 bar

• Cold and hot water systems 95°C, 10 bar

• Technology systems in food processing and chemical industry and other purposes

A pre-insulated pipe includes:

• Internal pipe made of PEX-a cross-linked polyethylene

• Insulation layer made of semi-flexible PUR polyutherane foam

• Protective pipe made of low or medium density HDPE polyethylene

The PEX-a pre-insulated pipes is manufactured in four standard types:

• Single heatPEX HP pipes PN 6/95°C with EVOH anti-diffusion barrier for transporting heating factor (central heating)

• Single heatPEX SP pipes PN 10/95°C for transporting cold or hot water

• Double heatPEX HD pipe PN 6/95°C with EVOH anti-diffusion barrier for transporting heating factor (central heating)

• Double heatPEX SP pipe PN 10/95°C for transporting cold or hot water

• HELA brass couplings system for PEX-a 25-125 mm pipes

• A system of pre-insulated shapes and full range of accessories (wall passages, insulation terminations, adapters, other)
